Here at HyperNop, we aim to provide the best products and services for our customers. To achieve this, we have made sure that our customer support and terms of services are as transparent as possible. Please study the content of this page as carefully as possible for further information.

1- Every purchased product (plugins, themes, etc.) has a “one month” period of support from the date of purchase.

2- Each purchase is only for the selected version of the nopCommerce. This selection is done by the customer at the moment of the purchase using the available options at the store. If the customer decides to acquire a different version of the purchased product, they would be able to do so by placing a new purchase order which would include a discount. Please pay careful attention to the version of the nopCommerce for the desired product at the time of the purchase. HyperNop would not be responsible for any mistakes of this sort.

3- Any further publishing or selling of purchased HyperNop products by the customers is strictly prohibited. Lawful actions would be made by the HyperNop if such actions would be brought to our attention.

4- Each product has a detailed description of the product’s capabilities and functionalities. If the product would contain any malfunctions (Bugs), within the described capabilities, HyperNop is responsible to correct the said malfunctions, that is if the customers would contact the HyperNop support team within the one month support period by using the provided contact methods in the store’s “Contact Us” page. The inclusion of additional capabilities and functionalities (beyond the described details of the product) would not be considered as services that HyperNop would provide for the “one month” support period. Please read the desired product’s description carefully.

5- Please be aware that HyperNop does not guarantee faultlessness, fit to every customer’s needs, secureness, etc. for the products. Every product has been tested on an unaltered, out-of-the-box version of nopCommerce.
